David Parker – Big Screen Guest
David Parker’s first movie, Malcolm (1986), directed by Nadia Tass, was a critical and box office hit, winning eight AFI Awards and screening in 18 countries. That partnership has continued with their production company, Cascade Films, producing Rikky And Pete, The Big Steal and Amy (which won 23 international awards including Cannes Junior and Cannes Prix Education Nationale). This year Parker and Tass teamed up again on the drama Matching Jack starring James Nesbitt, Jacinda Barrett and Kodi Smit-McPhee. In addition, they have collaborated on Mr Reliable, Stark, Pure Luck, and six high-end US TV dramas for Disney, Warner Brothers and Lifetime.
